Still the best tablet for productivity

Patrick

There are tablets and there is the iPad. Apple’s iPad is a workhorse, a gaming platform, a social distancing portal, and is a breeze for most anyone to use. The 2020 Apple iPad Pro is the most powerful version of the fruit company’s slate-style machines, and the fresh hardware heralds new productivity powers.

Nvidia Jetson Xavier NX review: Redefining GPU accelerated machine learning

Patrick

Nvidia launched the Jetson Xavier NX embedded System-on-Module (SoM) at the end of last year. It is pin-compatible with the Jetson Nano SoM and includes a CPU, a GPU, PMICs, DRAM, and flash storage. However, it was missing an important accessory, its own development kit. Since a SoM is an embedded board with just a row of connector pins, it is hard to use out-of-the-box. A development board connects all the pins on the module to ports like HDMI, Ethernet, and USB. A Jetson module combined with a development board looks similar to a Raspberry Pi or other Single Board

If there’s anything they have going for them, it’s price. At $449 and $249, respectively, the 10 Pro and 10L are attainable. Will budget-conscious shoppers find TCL’s affordable fare appealing enough to buy?
